Before you cancel the booking, please read our cancellation policy to protect your rights and interests!

 

According to the cancellation policy by Tourism Bureau Taiwan:

 

Based on the amount of payment:  

 

1.Those cancelling the contract 14 days or more before the scheduled day, we will refund 100% amount.

2.Those cancelling the contract 10 days to 13 days before the scheduled day, we will refund 70% amount.

3.Those cancelling the contract 7 days to 9 days before the scheduled day, we will refund 50% amount.

4.Those cancelling the contract 4 days to 6 days before the scheduled day, we will refund 40% amount.

5.Those cancelling the contract 2 days to 3 days before the scheduled day, we will refund 30% amount.

6.Those cancelling the contract 1 day before the scheduled day, we will refund 20% amount.

7.Those cancelling the contract on or after the day of departure or failing to show up without notification in advance, we will refund 0% amount.

 

50 NTD will be charged for administration fee for cancellation

If you cancel the booking of the scheduled day, rebooking another day within 1 year is also available.  

Rebooking or postponing can be used once only  

 

Tainan City announces suspension of work and teaching

 

Due to adverse weather conditions for example storm, based on the announcement of suspension of work and teaching from Tainan City Government, the amount will be fully refunded. (50NTD will be charged for administration fee)

 

Our cancellation policy is according to the law set by Tainan Tourism Bureau.
